Introduction to the foundational skills for physical therapy practice. Students describe and appraise normal human motion to provide a conceptual framework for assessing abnormal motion. Current and relevant issues in physical therapy are examined. Basic elements of physical therapy management including examination, evaluation and diagnosis are discussed. Lecture Hours: 3 Lab Hours: 6 Repeatability: May not be repeated for credit.
