Teaching Practicum in Physiology

Catalog description

This course will provide mentored practical experience teaching in medical physiology. This course will run concurrently with COGS 8033 Integrative Systems Biology which is a 6 credit hour course. Students can sign up for one of the four blocks covered in COGS 8033. Depending on the number of students enrolled, a maximum of two students will be assigned to each block on a first-come, first-served basis. They will be required to attend the lectures, work with the instructor for the preparation of the lectures and exam and tutor first year students who are enrolled in COGS 8033. Lecture Hours: 2 Repeatability: May not be repeated for credit.
