Medical Histology

Catalog description

The course teaches medical histology at a level necessary for a graduate student in medical physiology. This course covers the characteristic morphology of various cells, tissues, and organs discussed in the physiology courses. An emphasis will be placed on the relationship between structure and function to explain human physiology. This course will constitute the foundation for other courses in this master’s degree program. Lecture Hours: 2 Repeatability: May not be repeated for credit.
