Catalog description
This course analyzes the economic underpinnings of military power and national security. It also examines the economic aspects if non-traditional (transnational) security threats whose spread and impact have been amplified by the process of globalization. The course explores ways to foster engagement between security studies and international political economy. Prerequisite(s): POLS 1101 >= C or POLS 1101H >= C Lecture Hours: 3 Repeatability: May not be repeated for credit.
