The course introduces students to the basic theories and practices of fundraising for nonprofit organizations. The course will examine philanthropy in the nonprofit sector through exploring topics such as grant writing, managing fundraising campaigns, and evaluating fundraising efforts. Prerequisite(s): POLS 1101 >= C or POLS 1101H >= C Lecture Hours: 3 Repeatability: May not be repeated for credit.
