This course designed to introduce the basic concepts and principles related to dental and oral implantology. Historical perspectives, implant biomaterials and devices, principles of placement, reconstruction and maintenance, current problems, controversies and research directions are among the topics included. Lecture Hours: 1 Lab Hours: 1 Repeatability: May be repeated for credit up to two times.
