Catalog description
Become competent in completing comprehensive clinical evaluations. Generate appropriate treatment plans and provide evidence-based treatments across multiple clinical settings, including the school-based clinic, the Augusta University Surgical Center, and the Children’s Hospital of Georgia. Collaborate with faculty in Pediatric Dentistry and the Department of Orthodontics to learn essential skills for evaluating patient growth and development. Collect and interpret orthodontic records and deliver interceptive orthodontic interventions. Continue to develop all aspects of your clinical skills while gaining experience in teaching pediatric dentistry to dental students in the predoctoral clinic.
