Surgical Pathology Externship (4 to 8 Credit Hours)

Prerequisite: Phase II. To participate in all activities of surgical pathology. Students will function as supervised residents. They will participate in the examination of tissues and the rendering of diagnoses to clinicians. Students will be part of modern surgical pathology. Limited responsibility under supervision will be commensurate with ability. Lecture Hours: 10 Lab Hours: 40 Repeatability: May not be repeated for credit.
