Focuses on the design and implementation of program evaluation and performance monitoring systems for in-house and privatized public programs and services. Prerequisite(s): PADM 6650 and PADM 6600 and permission of the MPA Director. Lecture Hours: 3 Repeatability: May not be repeated for credit.
