This course introduces students to the world of nonprofit management. It covers a broad spectrum of issues including creating a nonprofit, fundraising, recruitment and management of volunteers, the role of program evaluation, and the proper role of a board. Prerequisite(s): Permission of the MPA Director. Lecture Hours: 3 Repeatability: May not be repeated for credit.
