Catalog description

The purpose of this course is to introduce biologic and mechanical principles of orthodontic tooth movement. Evidenced based concepts will be used in the discussion of contemporary treatment approaches. Laboratory experiences will provide hands-on re-enforcement of didactic instruction in the technical aspects of appliance construction and clinical treatment. Lecture Hours: 2 Lab Hours: 1 Repeatability: May be repeated for credit up to two times.
