Obstetrics and Gynecology Off-Campus Externship (4 to 8 Credit Hours)

Catalog description

This elective is offered by arrangement with various hospitals, or affiliated medical schools in the United States and overseas. The course is designed to fit each student’s particular need and may be either clinically or research oriented. The student must obtain a letter of acceptance with the name of the supervisor and/or evaluator and their curriculum vitae showing OB/GYN training. Formal evaluation is required. Lecture Hours: 10 Contact Hours: 40 Repeatability: May be repeated for credit up to 3 times.
