Practice Inquiry and Change Dissemination (2 to 8 Credit Hours)

Catalog description

In this culminating course, students disseminate the practice change project implemented in NURS 9061 under the guidance of their project faculty advisor. Students finalize a scholarly manuscript and professional poster reflecting their work with their targeted population, community, and healthcare systems. Through critical reflection, students evaluate achievement of current AACN competencies for advanced practice nurses in the dissemination phase, demonstrating leadership and scholarly contribution to nursing practice. Students will complete 60 residency hours in this course.
