Practice Inquiry and Change Implementation (3 to 8 Credit Hours)

Catalog description

In this course, students will implement their practice change project developed in NURS 9060 under the guidance of their project faculty advisor. Students will optimize team effectiveness to ensure sustainability of the change initiative and draft the implementation section of their final project. Through critical reflection, students will assess their progress in meeting current AACN competencies for advanced practice nurses during the implementation phase. Students will complete 120 residency hours in this course.
