Strategies for Effective Practice Change - Proposal

Catalog description
This course guides students through the development of a feasible and ethically sound practice change project within a clinical partnership. Students formulate specific aims and measurable outcomes aligned with national benchmarks and standards. Emphasis is placed on selecting appropriate tools and statistical methods to evaluate project effectiveness, integrate evidence-based principles, and apply ethical frameworks. Learners will also engage in critical reflection to assess their progress in meeting current AACN competencies for advanced practice nurses. Prerequisite(s): NURS 8550 >=C Corequisite(s): NURS 9060 >=C Lecture Hours: 2 Repeatability: May not be repeated for credit.
