This advanced course provides the graduate nurse anesthesia student with an in-depth knowledge and comprehensive of pharmacology and its application in the advanced practice role of nurse anesthesia. A comprehensive exploration of advanced pharmacological principles including pharmacokinetics and pharmacodynamics of inhaled and injected drugs used in advanced nurse anesthesia practice are emphasized throughout the course. Prerequisite(s): NURS 7831 >= B Lecture Hours: 3 Repeatability: May not be repeated for credit.
