This course prepares future nurse leaders with essential competencies in healthcare finance, strategic management, and innovation. Emphasis is on developing financial decision-making, budgeting, and cost-benefit analysis skills. The course develops skills in quality improvement, systems-based practice, and data-driven decision-making. Interprofessional collaboration is cultivated through team-based leadership simulations . Students also explore innovative care models and disruptive technologies to address population health.
