Global Rural Health

Catalog description

This study abroad course focuses on rural health in collaboration with nursing faculty and students in a foreign country. Students will explore health policy, nursing education, public health outcomes, and cultural experiences from a global perspective. Students will engage in critical reflection of learning experiences to facilitate professional transformation. Reciprocal learning relationships are fostered through community engagement activities.
