In this course students will continue with the development and implementation of their practice change project. Students will work in partnership with their target population, community and healthcare systems during implementation of their project plan. Students will evaluate the process of implementation and make appropriate adjustments to their plan. Lecture Hours: 1 Contact Hours: 12 Repeatability: May not be repeated for credit.
