Provides clinical experience in the administration of all types of anesthetics to patients across the life span. Preparation of patients and equipment, pre and postoperative patient evaluation, planning and implementing individualized anesthesia care plans; non-invasive and invasive monitoring, pain management and airway management are emphasized. Prerequisite(s): NURS 6755 and NURS 6825 Contact Hours: 32 Repeatability: May be repeated for credit.
