This course presents fundamental concepts and techniques essential to clinical anesthesia practice focusing on the theoretical and practical considerations involved in the administration and management regional anesthesia. In-depth study of advanced hemodynamic monitoring, cardiac bypass machine, and fire and electrical safety in the operating room are also provided. Prerequisite(s): NURS 6751 and NURS 6770 and NURS 6755 and NURS 6815 Lecture Hours: 2 Lab Hours: 3 Repeatability: May not be repeated for credit.
