Catalog description

This course focuses on the nursing care of childbearing women, children, and families. Emphasis is placed on the use of critical thinking skills to develop evidence-based care that promotes, maintains, and restores health for women, children, and their families. Diverse clinical and simulated experiences reinforce these concepts. Lecture Hours: 4 Contact Hours: 6 Repeatability: May not be repeated for credit.
