Clinical Practicum

Catalog description

Prerequisite: Senior level status in Nuclear Medicine Technology, or permission of instructor. Student performs routine and advanced function procedures accepting responsibility for quality and appropriateness of study. Special clinical assignments may be made at the discretion of the clinical supervisor or clinical coordinator. Practicum may include nuclear cardiology, CT, PET/CT as well as routine nuclear procedures. Contact Hours: 16 Repeatability: May not be repeated for credit.
