This course introduces students to the principles and practices of strategic management within healthcare and public health organizations. Emphasizing real-world applications, students will explore environmental assessment, mission and vision development, strategic planning processes, and implementation frameworks tailored for dynamic healthcare and public health settings. Learners will engage in critical thinking, collaborative discussion, and project-based assignments that develop their ability to lead strategic initiatives and assess innovation viability in healthcare and public health administration.
