Prerequisite: Completion of first year biomedical sciences graduate core curriculum. Strategies of communication at various levels of biological organization. Covers intracellular communication, communication between cells in multi-cellular organisms, and interactions between organisms in a group or ecosystem. Focuses on emergent properties of complex systems. Lecture Hours: 3 Repeatability: May not be repeated for credit.
