This course is designed as an introduction to the hospitality industry for first and second year business and non-business students to learn about different areas of hospitality management including tourism, arts, entertainment, food service and lodging industries. Major concepts provide a broad foundation of current knowledge about the world’s largest industry and related career opportunities. Lecture Hours: 3 Repeatability: May not be repeated for credit.
