Data Analytics for Strategic Decision Making

Catalog description
This course develops the analytical skills required for data-driven strategic decision-making. Students learn to translate business problems into structured analytical questions and apply descriptive, predictive, and prescriptive methods to generate insights from data. Emphasis is placed on interpreting results, evaluating strategic alternatives, and communicating insights through effective data visualization and business intelligence tools. Through applied exercises and projects, students will develop the ability to transform data into actionable recommendations for organizational decision-making. Lecture Hours: 3 Repeatability: May not be repeated for credit.
