Catalog description

Provides the experiential training in the application of project management principles and practices by developing a capstone project and working on a team project. Both predictive and adaptive lifecycles are taught. Students are exposed to basic project management tools used in the planning and execution of scope, cost and schedule baselines. Students select a project at the beginning of the course and submit a comprehensive project management plan at the end. Students will be prepared to obtain a Project Management Institute’s certification at the end of the course. Prerequisite(s): MINF 3625 >= C Lecture Hours: 3 Contact Hours: 3 Repeatability: May not be repeated for credit.
