Catalog description

The advanced study of major aspects of international business including, but not limited to, how and why the world’s countries differ, the economics and politics of international trade and investment, the functions and form of the global monetary system, and the organizational strategies and structures of international businesses. The course covers the international perspective of organizational functions including manufacturing and materials management, marketing, research and development, human resource management, accounting and finance issues. The course also relates theoretical international business concepts to current international issues. Lecture Hours: 3 Repeatability: May not be repeated for credit.
