Resilient Leaders in Adolescent Behavioral Health

This interdisciplinary course is designed for medical students serving as coordinators and facilitators of the Resilient Teens program. Students will explore principles of resilient leadership, trauma-informed care, adolescent behavioral health, and mandated reporting. Through direct engagement with youth, reflective exercises, and skill-based workshops, students will strengthen their leadership identity and clinical communication in community-based mental health contexts.
