Catalog description

A course in which students gain familiarity with the process of doing mathematical research. The course will include a lecture component, and a series of seminars on topics in current mathematical research. Students will prepare a research talk about a topic chosen in consultation with the course instructor. Lecture Hours: 2 Contact Hours: 1 Repeatability: May not be repeated for credit.
