Catalog description

Stressors and their subjective experience – stress – are a part of everyday life, whether minor or major, acute or chronic. How one copes with stress has substantial influence on one’s physical, emotional, cognitive, and interpersonal functioning. This course is designed to provide in-depth study of the field of stress and coping through lectures, discussions, student presentations, and the practice of stress management exercises. Lecture Hours: 3 Repeatability: May not be repeated for credit.
