This course examines the psychology of physical activity. Associations between physical activity and health habits, chronic disease, mental health and stress are explored. An emphasis is placed on behavioral skills associated with the adoption of a physically active lifestyle. Lecture Hours: 3 Repeatability: May not be repeated for credit.
