Catalog description

The purpose of the practicum is to provide the student hands-on/real-world experience in their chosen field of interest. Possible practicum experiences include, but are not limited to: working in a clinical setting such as physical therapy, hospital, or occupational therapy, conducting research with faculty, community outreach and corporate wellness, or working in a fitness center. All practicum locations must be pre-approved by an advisor and site coordinator. Lecture Hours: 3 Repeatability: May not be repeated for credit.
