Catalog description

A directed project wherein the student works closely with an honors advisor, usually in their major department, to develop an acceptable honors thesis proposal. The proposal will include a description of the proposed honors project: its purpose, its extent, and its expected outcome; an assessment of materials needed and available for the proposed project; a calendar for work on the proposed thesis. The finished proposal will be submitted to the Honors Committee for comment and approval. Lecture Hours: 1 Repeatability: May not be repeated for credit.
