This course is a one-hour seminar that is repeated each semester that will provide students with in-depth study of selected topics of current interest in nutrition and dietetics. Students will hear from nutrition experts as well as make presentations on topics of interest. Lecture Hours: 1 Repeatability: May be repeated for credit.
