Research-Oriented Writing for ESL Writers

Catalog description

This one-credit course combines the format of lecture, workshop and online teaching to help ESL (English as a Second Language) academic writers improve research-oriented writing and literature review for academic purposes in professional fields. The focus of instruction is on essay structure, information presentation and appropriate/correct use of grammar and sentence structures. This course does not count toward the MAT or MEd degrees. This course does not count toward F-1 visa minimum hour requirements. Lecture Hours: 1 Repeatability: May not be repeated for credit.
