Catalog description

This 1-credit course combines the format of lecture, workshop and online teaching to help ESL writers improve their writing skills in English for academic purposes. The focus of instruction is on essay structure, information presentation and appropriate/correct use of grammar and sentence structures. This course does not count toward the English major. This course does not count toward F-1 visa minimum hour requirements. Lecture Hours: 1 Repeatability: May not be repeated for credit.
