Catalog description
The theoretical and practical aspects of literacy will be presented with particular emphasis on teaching literacy to all populations. In addition, the role of family and community involvement and the use of technology for literacy development will be stressed. Instructional approaches and materials for teaching literacy will be an integral component of the class. Lecture Hours: 2 Lab Hours: 2 Repeatability: May not be repeated for credit.
