Catalog description

This course explores teaching and learning through asset-based frameworks that promote rigorous and independent learning for all students within K-12 classroom settings. Students explore their identities as leaders within their classrooms and learn about effective teaching practices for addressing student learning needs. Students will advance mindsets and professional dispositions that will help all students to succeed within their K-12 classrooms through fairness and opportunity. Lecture Hours: 2 Lab Hours: 2 Repeatability: May not be repeated for credit.
