In this course, theory and practice come together as students implement research-based practices for literacy instruction in schools and communities. These practices will include, but will not be limited to, the following: assessment and remediation, content-area reading, program planning at the classroom and school levels, and advocacy for literacy with all stakeholders. Prerequisite(s): EDTD 6120 >= C and EDTD 6222 >= C Lecture Hours: 1 Lab Hours: 4 Repeatability: May not be repeated for credit.
