Catalog description

Effective teacher Induction programs have an impact on teacher effectiveness, teacher retention and teacher leadership, all of which will have an impact on student learning and growth. The purpose of this course is to provide high-quality and well-planned induction experiences to support induction-phased teachers. The course will provide high-quality professional learning that is regularly assessed using multiple sources of data such as self-assessment, observations, and documentation. Lecture Hours: 1 to 6 Repeatability: May be repeated for credit up to two times.
