Catalog description

This course provides opportunity for educational leadership candidates to explore perspectives on managing change and building instructional capacity in schools. The course examines critical factors that drive change in schools and the types of changes schools face in contemporary times. Domains of school and instructional performance, in change contexts, are examined and used to inform instructional capacity building. Performance-based field clinical exercises, assessments, and experiences constitute substantial parts of this course. Lecture Hours: 3 Repeatability: May not be repeated for credit.
