This course addresses leadership knowledge, performance, and attitudinal competencies as they relate to the principles of human relations, group dynamics, and community relations. Topics include communication, motivation, attitudes, conflict resolution, positive energy, and group leadership. School/district/workplace-level performance-based field and lab exercises required.
