Catalog description

This course will explore the laws and court rulings that shape the legal structure of higher education. Emphasis will be given to adapting to the constantly changing policy landscape that administrators navigate. Students will evaluate case studies and frameworks for ethical decision making, then develop a personal philosophy for ethical decision making in higher education.
