Assessment in Writing

Catalog description

Examines assessment as it relates to writing instruction. Candidates evaluate and develop writing rubrics, review standardized test prompts and accompanying rubrics, differentiate between formal and informal assessment in writing, and identify different ways to assess writing. Prerequisite(s): EDTD 6257 Lecture Hours: 3 Repeatability: May not be repeated for credit.
