This graduate-level course is designed for K-12 world language teachers seeking to transform their classrooms through contemporary pedagogies and innovative strategies. The course combines theoretical foundations with practical applications, allowing participants to immediately implement new strategies and assess their effectiveness. Participants explore methods to enhance student engagement, language fluency, and cultural development by integrating modern teaching practices into their world language curriculum. By the end of the course, participants are equipped with the tools to create dynamic, inclusive, and effective language-learning environments that foster both linguistic proficiency and intercultural competence. Lecture Hours: 3 Repeatability: May not be repeated for credit.
