Counseling Internship I is designed to meet certification and accreditation standards. This is a tutorial form of instruction designed to be completed in a K-12 school setting outside of the university. The internship provides an opportunity for the student to perform a variety of professional counseling activities that a regularly employed counselor in the schools would be expected to perform. The program requires students to complete a clinically supervised internship of 300 clock hours each semester. Prerequisite(s): COUN6880 >= C Lecture Hours: 2 Lab Hours: 1 to 3 Repeatability: May be repeated for credit.
