Clinical Biochemistry/Immunology Internship

Catalog description
Provides students practical experience of working in the clinical chemistry and immunology laboratories under the supervision of a medical technologist: specimen processing, analysis and reporting of patient test results. The students will be expected to perform critical evaluations of clinical cases and/or scientific papers and additional advanced practice competiencies in related content area. Prerequisite(s): CLSC 6640 and CLSC 6645 Contact Hours: 240 Repeatability: May not be repeated for credit.
