This course is structured as an active-learning experience and is focused on the exploration and practical applications of learning theories. Students engage in content designed to promote life-long learning habits, such as learning how to learn, building and sustaining motivation, developing and applying critical and creative thinking skills, and understanding the value of goal setting.
